Terms of Service

By accessing or using ChemLifeIntel, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and by our Privacy Policy. If you are using the service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the service.

ChemLifeIntel is an intelligence platform covering the global chemical and life sciences value chain. We track regulatory actions, trade flows, market movements and clinical milestones across companies, molecules, facilities and regulators, and we publish analyst briefs built from public-record sources. We may add, change or discontinue features at any time to improve the service.

Some features require an account. You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and accept responsibility for activity under your account. The service is intended for professional and business use by individuals aged 16 or over. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account at compliance@chemlifeintel.com.

You agree not to:

• scrape, harvest or bulk-extract content except through interfaces we expressly provide;
• resell, sublicense or redistribute our content without written permission;
• circumvent access controls, rate limits or security measures;
• upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt or overload the service;
• use the service to infringe third-party rights or violate applicable law; or
• misrepresent the source or accuracy of any content you obtain from us.

ChemLifeIntel briefs are informational and are built from official, public-record sources, as described in our methodology. They are not investment, legal, medical, regulatory or tax advice, and must not be relied upon as the sole basis for any decision.

While we work to be accurate and to correct errors promptly, we make no warranty that content is complete, current or error-free. You are responsible for verifying any information against primary sources and for obtaining appropriate professional advice before acting.

The ChemLifeIntel platform, our original analysis, knowledge-graph structure, branding, software and design are owned by ChemLifeIntel and protected by intellectual-property laws. Underlying facts drawn from public records are not owned by us. Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the service for your internal business purposes.

Access to the ChemLifeIntel Terminal and certain features may require a paid subscription. Fees, billing cycles and renewal terms are presented at the point of purchase. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, and payments are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel renewal at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or to protect the service or other users. On termination, your right to use the service ceases, while provisions that by their nature should survive—such as intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law—will continue to apply.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChemLifeIntel and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts you paid to us for the service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ChemLifeIntel, its affiliates and personnel from any claims, losses, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the service, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party right.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ChemLifeIntel is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, and the courts of that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory rights you have as a consumer.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will revise the “last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. This document is a template and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel against your specific circumstances before you rely on it.
